Good experience - appears to be very honest
I called because I had a a tradesman (not a plumber) come into my aunt's house and tell her that her washing machine which had the hose drain directly into the laundry sink, rather than into the pipes below, did not meet code. I explained this to Royal Plumbing and they were extremely honest --- saying that that is not correct and it is not necessary for her to spend money fixing it if everything was working fine (which it was). Based on my positive experience and them being so upfront and not trying to take my Aunt's money for no reason, I would definitely recommend calling this company, give them a try and see for yourself if they really are as good as our experience was.

Great Results, Fantastic Clean Service
I recently had a boiler and radiator branch lines relocated and an old hot water tank replaced. I chose Royal as they were the most sincere in not trying to up-sell and came in the most affordable. They replaced the old boiler with a new high efficiency hydronic modulating boiler and recommended an indirect hot water tank and even ran in-floor heat lines from the same boiler. They redirected all the old inefficient radiator lines eliminating the large bulkhead in the basement and now the heat flows to the third floor for the first time. My gas bills have been reduced by 30% and the house has never been warmer. I highly recommend them for their cleanliness and promptness and the job came in on time and on budget. Mitch was a pleasure to work with and I will use him again for other jobs as I trust his sincerity and expertise.
